This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Donnie’s World LLC, located at 2290 23rd St SW, Naples, Florida (“Donnie’s World,” “we,” “us”), and the undersigned dog owner (“Owner”). 
Property Owners: The property on which services are provided is solely owned by Priscilla Da Silva and Derek Sobel. 
 

1. Nature of Services 
Donnie’s World provides dog daycare, transportation, boarding, and optional training services. Owner understands and agrees that Donnie’s World is not a veterinary clinic, shelter, or medical facility. Dogs may participate in supervised group play, structured outdoor activity, rest periods, and individualized care as needed. Transportation may be provided via school bus or designated vehicle. Boarding dogs may be housed in designated enclosures, suites, or resting areas as determined solely by Donnie’s World staff based on safety, behavior, and group dynamics. 

2. Services Provided 
Services may include daycare, boarding, transportation, and/or training only as specifically selected, booked, and paid for by the Owner. Participation is subject to this Agreement and all posted policies. 
3. Hours of Operation 
Daycare: Standard daycare hours are 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Dogs utilizing transportation may experience extended time due to routing, traffic, or logistics. Owner acknowledges that transportation timing may vary. 
Boarding: Boarding may include overnight stays. Boarding dogs may participate in daytime activities unless otherwise determined by staff. Feeding schedules, housing type, and routines are determined by Donnie’s World. 
4. Transportation Services & Associated Risks 
Transportation is offered as a convenience via school bus or designated vehicle. Owner understands transportation involves inherent risks, including loading and unloading, traffic conditions, mechanical issues, and motor vehicle accidents that may occur despite reasonable care. Donnie’s World cannot control road conditions or actions of other drivers and is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or death resulting from a vehicle accident when reasonable care is exercised. 
5. Home Drop-Off & No One Home Policy 
If no one is present at the designated drop-off location, Donnie’s World may, with prior permission, leave the dog safely inside the home or retain the dog for extended care or boarding. Donnie’s World is not responsible for conditions inside the home following drop-off. Additional fees may apply. 
6. Fees & Payment 
Owner agrees to pay all applicable daycare, transportation, boarding, and training fees according to the current pricing schedule. Late arrivals, missed pick-ups, or extended care may result in additional charges. Removal for behavioral or safety reasons does not entitle Owner to a refund. 
7. Feeding, Bloat Awareness, Equipment & Personal Items 
Feeding & Bloat Awareness: For the safety and comfort of all dogs, Donnie’s World strongly prefers that dogs are not fed prior to drop-off or before attending the park. Feeding shortly before active play may increase the risk of gastric dilatation-volvulus (bloat) or other forms of gastric distress. Owner agrees that Donnie’s World is not responsible for illness, injury, or medical complications related to feeding prior to attendance. If a dog arrives having been fed and staff determine participation is not in the dog’s best interest, Donnie’s World may limit activity, delay participation, or refuse care for that day without refund. 
Equipment & Personal Items: Dogs must arrive with a flat collar and standard leash. Retractable or flexi leashes are discouraged, especially for dogs utilizing transportation. Donnie’s World is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. 
8. Health Requirements 
Owner represents that their dog(s) are in good health, free of contagious illness, current on required vaccinations per Donnie’s World policy, and have not been exposed to communicable illness prior to attendance. Donnie’s World reserves the right to refuse or discontinue care for health or safety reasons. 
9. Owner Disclosure of Behavior History 
Owner must fully disclose any known behavioral history, including but not limited to biting incidents (regardless of severity), aggression toward dogs or humans, resource guarding, reactivity, fear-based behavior, handling sensitivity, escape attempts, or prior removal from another facility. Failure to disclose known behavioral issues may result in immediate removal, termination of services, and financial responsibility for resulting damages. 
10. Behavior, Safety & Removal Policy 
Owner understands and agrees that Donnie’s World does not operate on a guaranteed strike system. Dogs may be removed immediately and without notice if behavior is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive. Removal decisions are made for group safety and are not personal. 
11. Bite, Attack & Injury Responsibility 
Owner acknowledges that dogs are animals with natural instincts. If Owner’s dog bites, attacks, injures, or causes harm to another dog, person, staff member, visitor, or third party, Owner accepts full legal and financial responsibility and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Donnie’s World LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and property owners for all related costs. 
12. Property Damage 
Owner is financially responsible for any damage caused by their dog to buildings, fencing, enclosures, vehicles, bus interiors, equipment, or other property. 
13. Illness, Injury & Emergency Care 
Donnie’s World will attempt to contact Owner or emergency contact in the event of illness or injury. Owner authorizes Donnie’s World to seek veterinary care when deemed necessary and assumes all veterinary costs. Staff are not licensed veterinarians. 
14. Assumption of Risk 
Owner understands and voluntarily assumes all inherent risks associated with participation in daycare, boarding, transportation, training, and outdoor environments, including injury, illness, heat, weather-related conditions, escape attempts, stress, or interaction with other dogs. 
15. Escape & Weather Disclaimer 
Despite reasonable precautions, Owner acknowledges that dogs may escape or be affected by weather or environmental conditions beyond Donnie’s World’s control. Donnie’s World is not liable for such events when reasonable care is exercised. 
16. Training Services (By Booking Only) 
Donnie’s World offers optional training services provided by a Donnie’s World employee trainer. Training services are only provided when specifically booked and paid for and are not included in standard daycare or boarding. Any redirection during daycare or boarding is not training but standard handling for safety and structure. Training outcomes vary and specific results are not guaranteed. 
17. No Guarantees 
Donnie’s World makes no guarantees regarding behavior improvement, compatibility with other dogs, training outcomes, or injury-free participation. 
18. Indemnification 
Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Donnie’s World LLC, Priscilla Da Silva, Derek Sobel, and all staff from any claims arising from Owner’s dog. 
19. Media Release 
Owner grants permission for photos and videos of their dog(s) to be used for marketing purposes unless revoked in writing. 
20. Cancellation & Refund Policy 
Cancellations require 24-hour notice. Refunds are only available if requested within 24 hours of signing. No refunds once services are rendered. 
21. Governing Law & Severability 
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. 
22. Entire Agreement 

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
